In practice for over 36 years, we have the experience of a large firm but are committed to the personal service that only a small firm can provide. Though we are a general practice law firm, the legal aspects of land use and land conservation has been an area of particular experience and expertise; and because the firm’s general civil practice involves real estate and zoning, wills and estates, environmental law, business law, foreclosures and collections, and includes litigation before Connecticut and federal courts and administrative agencies, the firm is able to view and tackle all facets of a farm transfer related matter.
Our attorneys are familiar with and have been part of many of the land and farmland conservation organizations in the state. The firm has participated in successful land preservation efforts and land conservation transactions throughout Connecticut. |
